The final touches are being put in place with only 3 more sleeps to go…
A RCMP Musical Ride Show map has been posted and here are a few helpful show tips:
*CASH ONLY*: this is a cash only event
FOOD: 3 food vendors will be on site for both shows, so come for lunch or supper with your family *Kid friendly options available
PARKING: (2 shuttles) will be running to move spectators from parking area to main show ring
- General Parking available
- Disability Parking available
WHEELCHAIR SEATING: there is an area gated off for wheelchair seating only, access to this seating will be from the ‘handicap parking’ area. There will be individuals on site in this area to assist with moving wheelchairs. There will be a handicap washroom in this area as well.
KIDS ZONE: there is a kids zone set up in the cattle barn in the shade where kids can come and colour while waiting for the show to start.
SEATING: bleachers have been set up around the ring for seating. Spectators are welcome to bring lawn chairs but no lawn chairs will be allowed in front of the bleachers.
PHOTOS: we encourage you to bring your cameras to capture the show and photo areas around the ring
FIRST AID: will be on site and located in the main ExHall.
SUNSCREEN AND BUG SPRAY: Encouraged!
RAIN OR SHINE: The show is rain or shine so please come prepared!
3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Gates open 1 hour prior to the shows (2 p.m. and 6 p.m.)
TICKETS: $5.00 per show, Elementary and younger FREE
- NO TICKET required for elementary and younger
- 1 Ticket/per show: 1 ticket will only get you in one of the shows, if you want to attend both shows you need to purchase 2 tickets.

Residents and visitors are invited to come see the world-renowned troop of 32 horses and riders perform at the Brigden Fairgrounds.
Every year, the Musical Ride brings its show to communities across the country to perform a variety of figures and drills choreographed to music. The show provides the public with an opportunity to experience the heritage and traditions of the RCMP and raise funds for local charities across Canada.
